Salt and Speed
These speed trials run by Dry Lake Racers Australia are held at remote Lake Gairdner, South Australia. the largest dry salt lake raced on in the world. This video takes in all the action on track and in the pits and includes driver interviews with a close-up look at the vehicles. These range from belly tank and streamliner styles, to roadsters and modified bikes and street machines.

Peter Peckett and Friends This video is a must for steam train enthusiasts. In September 1996 three tank engines preserved by the Puffing Billy Preservation Society ran together for the first time in 34 years. Previously owned by Melbourne’s Metropolitan Gas Company, these three colourful locos are seen hauling passengers on the main Puffing Billy Line in Melbourne’s Dandenong Ranges.
